The Sony conference at MWC 2018 began just minutes ago, unveiling its new Xperia XZ2 and XZ2 Compact.
Now we will quickly review with you new features in newer Sony devices.
The design is completely different
The company has been plagued by repeated designs in its hardware over the past years, especially the thick edges of the phone that suggest that the phone is back in time. But not anymore. The Xperia XZ2 and XZ2 Compact phones come with slim edges to represent the largest proportion of the phone.
Slow shooting speeds of 960 frames per second! But what’s new?
In the previous generation of Sony, we got the slow shooting feature at 960 frames per second, so what’s new with that Xepria XZ2? Display Resolution! Now you can shoot at the same frame speed but with 1080p resolution and not 720p.
Vibrating vibration engine
Sony wants to make the most of the phone’s vibrations. Instead of vibrating only when a call or notification arrives, it will also vibrate with music and movies to experience a realistic experience thanks to Sony’s interactive vibration engine in its new devices. You will also be able to control the vibration power of the new engine.
4K video quality and 10-bit HDR technology!
In the past, many professional video photographers have been turning to the Panasonic GH5 camera for its ability to capture 4K video and 10-bit HDR technology. There are a few cameras that can shoot that technique, so putting similar technology in a mobile phone camera is fantastic. This feature is available only in new Sony devices and not available in any other phone at all!
